The network counted 12 clinics across 3 regions, each with its own scheduling system — no consolidated view, no unified teleconsultation.
HDS (Health Data Hosting) certification and health-GDPR compliance were mandatory: end-to-end encryption, logging, sub-processor DPAs, traceable patient consent.
Integration with the shared medical record (DMP) for patient history, and with practice software (Doctolib, Maiia) for appointment booking.
Load peak: +60% of slots consumed within 48 h during winter epidemic waves.

Next.js 15 + Supabase monorepo (Auth + Postgres + Storage + Realtime) on HDS-certified infrastructure (OVH Healthcare). Multi-tenant architecture per clinic.
Consultation pipeline: virtual waiting room, pre-consultation (forms, documents), WebRTC SFU call, e-prescription, post-consultation (report, signed PDF prescription).
DMP integration via MSSanté (secure flows), national health identifiers, CI-SIS conformance.
Scaling: Kubernetes autoscaling, CDN for static assets, Redis queues for the waiting line, Prometheus monitoring with threshold alerts.
Medical accompaniment: front-desk training, hotline, 7-day on-call during the rollout phase.
