    Discovery workshop: business goals, technical constraints, scope. Deliverable: a clear brief and a tight budget.

    Design

    Wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system, interactive prototype. Validated through a short user test.

  3. 03

    Engineering

    2-week sprints, one branch per feature, systematic code review, weekly demos, preview environment per PR.

  4. 04

    Production

    E2E tests, Lighthouse audit, a11y audit, security audit, rollback plan. Blue-green or rolling deployment, 24/7 monitoring.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

    Optional managed support, supervision, security updates, fixed-price evolutions. The product's longevity.
